We design ArmorEdge to operate with minimal data collection. Our infrastructure and policies are built around a default no-logs model.

- Log your internet traffic, browsing history, DNS queries, or data content.
- Inspect or monitor your VPN activity.
- Associate your activity with your identity (unless you explicitly provide it).

Only what is necessary to operate the service and support your account:
- Email address (only if you register using email)
- Payment confirmation data (via Stripe, PayPal, or crypto gateways — we do not see full payment credentials)
- Diagnostic logs (optional, opt-in) used to improve app performance or fix bugs
- Account metadata (subscription status, selected region)
🔒 2. Server Operations & Logging Policy
Our VPN servers are designed to operate without persistent logs. By default:
- No traffic, DNS, or activity logs are written to disk.
- Temporary technical metadata (e.g., connection session ID) may be held in-memory only, and is cleared regularly or on reboot.
- We do not inspect traffic or store any payload data.
This means: we cannot associate your activity with you — even if asked.
🧑💼 3. Corporate Clients (Optional Logging)
In specific enterprise deployments, a business customer may request optional logging features for their own team monitoring, security audits, or compliance. These features are:
- Disabled by default
- Only enabled upon contractual agreement
- Applied only to that specific corporate tenant
Such logging, if enabled, remains isolated and never affects other users or clients.
🧾 4. Payments & Billing
We use trusted third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, CoinPayments) to process transactions. We do not store or handle your payment credentials directly.
For crypto payments (e.g., BTC, XMR, USDT):
- Transactions are pseudonymous by design.
- We only store transaction confirmations and billing references (no wallet tracking or blockchain monitoring).
All subscriptions are processed securely. ArmorEdge has no access to your financial information.
🌍 5. Server Locations & Jurisdictions
ArmorEdge operates servers in multiple countries through global providers. All servers:
- Follow our zero-knowledge infrastructure standard
- Are hardened to prevent unauthorized access
- Are deployed to avoid unnecessary data centralization
We do not replicate customer-related data between jurisdictions unless contractually required by a corporate customer.
🏢 6. Business & Team Accounts
If you are using ArmorEdge as part of a corporate or team account:
- Your account administrator may be able to see basic information about connected team members, usage windows, and assigned IPs — only within your organization.
- Team metadata is isolated and never shared across clients or externally.
- Logging features (if any) are configurable and disclosed in advance.
📜 7. Legal Disclosure
ArmorEdge complies with applicable laws and valid legal processes in jurisdictions where we operate. However:
- We are architected to store as little data as possible, so in most cases, we cannot provide information that we do not collect.
- If required by law, and if data is available, we may disclose only the minimal information necessary to comply with a valid request.
We commit to:
- Notifying users in the event of legal requests, where legally allowed.
- Never voluntarily cooperating with surveillance programs or unauthorized data sharing.

You have the right to:
- Access your account data
- Request deletion of your account and associated information
- Opt-out of non-essential data collection (diagnostics, email notifications)

We only use third-party services that align with our privacy standards:
- Analytics: We use privacy-focused tools like Plausible or Umami (no personal data, no cookies)
- Contact forms: May be powered by Formspree, Getform, or a self-hosted handler
- Payments: Stripe, PayPal, crypto — no financial data ever reaches us
We do not use ad trackers, fingerprinting scripts, or third-party cookies.
