• "We" / "Us" / "ArmorEdge" – refers to the service provider of ArmorEdge VPN.
• "User" / "You" – any individual or organization that accesses or uses the Service.
• "Service" – the VPN network, software, websites, tools, and infrastructure provided by ArmorEdge.

🔞 2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
• Not be located in a country or region under active sanctions where VPN use is prohibited by law.
• Use the Service for lawful purposes only.

🚫 3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Any illegal activity (e.g., distributing malware, child exploitation, fraud, or hacking).
• Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or phishing attempts.
• Hosting or distributing copyrighted material without authorization.
• Bypassing region-specific laws in ways that would violate applicable regulations.

ArmorEdge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating this policy without prior notice.

🔒 4. No-Logs Philosophy

ArmorEdge is built on a privacy-first model. We do not monitor or record your browsing activity, DNS queries, or traffic content. However, for certain corporate accounts, optional logging may be enabled by agreement and only within their organization.

💳 5. Payments & Subscriptions

Users may subscribe to paid plans on a recurring or one-time basis. All fees are clearly displayed during checkout and processed securely via third-party gateways. Crypto payments (e.g., BTC, XMR) are final and non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service access will remain valid until the end of the billing period.

🔄 6. Refund Policy

ArmorEdge offers a 7-day refund window for new users on first-time purchases. No refunds are issued for:

• Crypto payments
• Corporate or customized plans
• Renewals or misuse of the service

🔑 7. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Not sharing your credentials unless explicitly allowed under a team or enterprise plan.

We are not liable for unauthorized access due to weak passwords or account sharing.

⏱️ 8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, service may be interrupted due to:

• Maintenance or upgrades
• External attacks or abuse
• Issues from third-party providers (e.g., data centers, upstream networks)

We are not responsible for service unavailability but will make reasonable efforts to restore it quickly.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms.
• Refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion, especially in cases of abuse or unlawful behavior.

You may terminate your use at any time by cancelling your subscription or deleting your account.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Reliability, accuracy, or uninterrupted access

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArmorEdge is not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss, corruption, or service interruptions
• Legal consequences of using the Service in restricted jurisdictions

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

🏛️ 13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
