What coaches ask first.
Yes. You write the program in the web console, the client trains from the app in whatever gym they lift in, and each set reaches your screen a second or two later. In-person, hybrid and fully online clients work the same way.
Yes. Load on any set can be written as %1RM, RPE or RIR, and you can mix them in one block, for example a top set @8 followed by back-off sets at 80%.
Anyone coaching or training in a gym — strength work, hypertrophy, general strength and conditioning, prep for a sport. Load can be written as %1RM, RPE or RIR, which covers how most coaches write a program.
CSV import is being built. Until it ships, send us the sheet and we move the roster over by hand, free.
Athletes don't pay — the coach's subscription covers the whole roster. Coaches are on a monthly plan, the price gets set with the first group, and founding coaches get launch pricing.
