What this page covers

This notice covers armoredge.net, the public marketing site. The ArmorEdge product itself (the coach console and the athlete app) has its own terms, which you accept when you create an account.

What we collect

What you type into the early-access form — your email address, the role you pick (coach, athlete, gym or federation), the page language, and the referring URL. We store the time of submission alongside it, and the country Cloudflare reports for your connection.

With it we store a record of the consent you gave by ticking the box: that you ticked it, the version of the wording you saw, the language you saw it in, the server time, and a keyed hash of your IP address. We keep that record because Canadian anti-spam law puts the burden on us to prove you asked for the email. The hash is pseudonymised — it identifies a submission, not a person, and we cannot read an address back out of it.

Nothing else. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on this site. Fonts are served from this domain, so loading a page does not announce you to anyone else.

Why we collect it

To tell you when an early-access seat opens, and to know roughly how many coaches versus athletes are waiting. We do not sell this data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than contacting you about ArmorEdge.

Where it is stored, and for how long

In a Cloudflare Workers KV store attached to this site. Cloudflare acts as our processor; their sub-processor terms apply. KV is a global edge store, so your record is held on servers outside Canada and is subject to the laws of the countries it sits in, including lawful access by their courts and authorities. Alberta's PIPA (s. 13.1) requires us to say so before you submit, to tell you how to get more detail about that processing, and to name someone who can answer questions about it: write to [email protected], marked for the attention of the privacy officer.

A waitlist record expires 180 days after you join unless you are still on the list when we launch, and it is deleted immediately if you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will send you a copy of everything we hold on you, correct it, or delete it, without undue delay and at most 30 days later. We may have to ask you something that confirms the account is yours before we act.

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. Following it deletes your waitlist record and adds a one-way hash of your address to a suppression list, so that a later signup cannot put you back on. You can also withdraw the consent you gave by writing to us; withdrawing it does not affect anything we did while it was in force.

This site sets none.

Terms

Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and not a contract. It does not guarantee a seat, a launch date or a price. Everything described on this site is what we are building; features ship when they ship. Sample roster names, percentages and PR figures shown in the interface mockups are illustrative, not real athlete data.
